WorthIt Terms of Use

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to your use of WorthIt, including the WorthIt app, website, waitlist, scan features, subscriptions, support pages, and related services.

By using WorthIt, creating an account, starting a scan, joining the waitlist, making a purchase, or tapping a button such as Continue where these Terms are presented, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the WorthIt Privacy Policy.

What WorthIt Does

WorthIt provides item identification, estimated resale value ranges, marketplace comparison context, scan history, and listing-prep guidance. WorthIt is intended as a practical decision support tool for shoppers and resellers.

WorthIt may use available eBay listing data as supporting context for resale value estimates when available. WorthIt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay.

WorthIt estimates are informational only. They are not guarantees of resale price, demand, authenticity, condition, marketplace acceptance, legality, or sale outcome.

Accounts and Eligibility

Scan Limits

WorthIt uses scan limits to keep the service reliable, control infrastructure costs, and reduce abuse. A "scan" may include an item photo scan, supporting image scan, manual item search, or other appraisal request that uses WorthIt pricing or identification systems.

Additional Scan Packs

WorthIt may offer optional add-on scan packs for Pro users who need scans beyond their included monthly allowance. Final price, availability, taxes, and platform terms will be shown before purchase.

Current extra scan pack options
Pack Price Notes
25 extra scans $4.99 Additional scans for Pro users. Purchased scans roll over until used.
75 extra scans $11.99 Popular pack. Purchased scans roll over until used.
150 extra scans $19.99 Best value pack. Purchased scans roll over until used.

Extra scan packs are not cash equivalents, are not transferable, and may be account-limited. Unused extra scans may be lost if you delete the WorthIt account they are tied to. We may refuse or reverse scan credits connected to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, account deletion, or technical error where permitted by law.

Subscriptions, Purchases, and Cancellations

Waitlist Access

Pre-launch waitlist signup lets us send WorthIt launch updates and related service communications. Waitlist signup does not guarantee access to a specific plan, promotion, launch date, feature, or price. We will provide final availability and pricing details in the app or launch communications.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Beta and Pre-Launch Features

Beta, preview, waitlist, and pre-launch features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, rate limited, changed, or removed. Feedback you submit may be used to improve WorthIt.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

WorthIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates, marketplace outcomes, unavailable features, third-party services, or user decisions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some terms may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and WorthIt agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by emailing support@worthitapp.net with a description of the issue and the relief requested. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after that notice, either party may begin a formal proceeding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to WorthIt or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access, or security abuse.

You and WorthIt waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be handled only on an individual basis, not as a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court and not in arbitration. This section does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@worthitapp.net within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your opt-out email must include your name, account email if any, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update these terms, change features, suspend access, or terminate access if needed to operate WorthIt, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect users and the service. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
