WorthIt Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of WorthIt. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

App Purpose

WorthIt provides item identification, resale estimate, market comparison, and listing preparation tools. Estimates are informational only and are not guarantees of sale price, demand, authenticity, condition, or marketplace outcome.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the photos and information you submit, for reviewing appraisals before relying on them, and for complying with marketplace rules and applicable laws when buying or selling items.

Subscriptions and Purchases

WorthIt Pro may be offered through Apple in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew according to Apple terms unless canceled through your Apple account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible purchases.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, or use WorthIt to deceive buyers or sellers.

Beta Testing

Beta features may change, fail, or be removed. Feedback submitted during beta testing may be used to improve the app.

Waitlist Offer

Eligible WorthIt pre-launch waitlist members may receive a 10% discount on their first annual WorthIt plan. The offer will be delivered after launch, may require the waitlist email address used to join, is limited to one redemption per eligible person, and cannot be combined with another promotion unless we state otherwise. We may change or end the offer where permitted by law before it is redeemed.

Disclaimers

WorthIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates, third-party services, marketplace decisions, or unavailable features.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of WorthIt after updates means you accept the revised terms.
